(in Spanish) My God I'm in a crazy house.

–Rosalita

Rosalita is a housemaid hired by Irene Walsh.

Appearance[]

Rosalita is a middle-aged, short woman with dark brown hair. She wears a flowery scarf over her head, and a gray raincoat.

She only speaks Spanish and Mouth helps translate, albeit translating wrong information to her.

Involvement[]

Irene Walsh injured her arm previously, requiring it to be in a sling to help it recover. As a result, she hires Rosalita to help pack for the move. In town, off the corner of a Stop 'N Snack, she is caught in the crossfire of a car chase between the police and some criminals, nearly getting hit by both sides, and she retreats.

After arriving home early at the Walsh residence, Rosalita opened the door to the home and saw Brand restrained and tied up, which caused her to drop her groceries in shock before proceeding to rescue him.

Following the Goonies' grand adventure, she accompanies the Walshes to meet their sons on Cannon Beach. While sorting out wet clothes, she discovers Mikey's marble bag, looking inside and discovering gems from One-Eyed Willy's treasure. She calls out to Irving Walsh "No pluma, no esignar!" which is not understood by anyone in the crowd, save for Mouth, who translates it as "No pen, do not sign". Mikey then realizes that the Fratellis failed to steal Mikey's marble bag, which he had loaded with gems. Rosalita empties the gems into Mrs. Walsh's hand, which presumably is of sufficient value to sell for enough money to amortize the mortgages of all the residents of the Goon Docks.
